VERSIONING: ALWAYS UP TO DATE

Once you have found the document you are looking for, you can be sure, thanks to versioning, that you are always working with the latest version. Although all versions are retained in the system, misunderstandings are easily and effectively prevented because only the valid version is displayed in the view. All old versions of the document are hierarchically subordinate and can only be opened via the currently valid document.

CONDITIONAL AND UNCONDITIONAL VERSIONING

Due to the flexible structure of the Datenpool, a versioning can be activated for any document type. The documents are indexed either alphabetically or with a number. The intensity of the versioning can also be set individually in the project depending on the specification: While with conditional versioning the user can still decide for himself whether the document should be edited or versioned, a new version must be created for the unconditional versioning for each change.
